MediCore is a centralized healthcare operations platform built for multi-branch clinics. It unifies appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, prescription management, billing, and staff administration under a single secure interface — replacing the fragmented paper-and-spreadsheet workflows that plagued the client's three Karachi locations.

Problem Statement
The clinic network processed 200+ daily patients across three branches using physical registers and disconnected spreadsheets. Doctors had no access to prior patient history between branches. Billing discrepancies were frequent and prescription records were routinely lost.
How We Solved It
We built a role-based cloud platform where doctors, nurses, reception, and admin staff each operate within a clearly scoped interface. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are linked cross-branch and versioned. The prescription module auto-generates printable scripts. A real-time billing engine integrates with the appointment flow to eliminate manual invoicing.
