PharmaSphere is a pharmacy management platform that transforms manual stockroom operations into a real-time, data-driven system. Built for a multi-branch pharmacy chain in Karachi, it handles inventory tracking, expiry monitoring, POS, prescription management, and supplier reordering — all in a single operator interface.

Problem Statement
The pharmacy network was running on manual stock registers. Monthly expiry write-offs averaged PKR 180,000 across three branches. Stock-outs occurred weekly due to absent reorder triggers. Prescription records were handwritten and frequently misplaced, creating compliance risks.
How We Solved It
We built a barcode-integrated inventory system with automated expiry alerts triggered at 90-, 60-, and 30-day thresholds. The POS module deducts stock on sale and triggers reorder suggestions when quantities fall below minimum thresholds. Prescription records are stored digitally with patient linkage. A supplier management module centralizes purchase orders.
