Problem Statement
The family office was managing assets across 6 platforms — PSX equities, mutual funds, UAE property, gold, crypto, and fixed income. Portfolio reviews required manually pulling data from each platform into Excel — a 3-hour weekly process. Risk exposure was never calculated in aggregate.
How We Solved It
We built a unified dashboard that ingests data from external APIs and manual uploads, normalizing it into a single portfolio model. Asset allocation, ROI by instrument, and aggregate risk exposure are calculated in real-time. Advisors can drill into individual holdings, run scenario comparisons, and generate client-ready PDF reports.
