CoursePilot is a full-featured Learning Management System built for a Karachi-based professional training institute offering tech certifications. It enables instructors to build structured courses with video lessons, quizzes, and assignments, while giving students a progress-tracked, certificate-earning experience — all branded under the institute's identity.

Problem Statement
The institute was hosting courses on a generic third-party LMS with poor mobile UX and zero analytics. Student drop-off was 85% before course completion. Instructors had no insight into where students struggled. Certificates were issued manually, taking 2 weeks per batch.
How We Solved It
We built a modular course builder where instructors sequence video lessons and set quiz gates that must be passed before advancing. A student dashboard surfaces completion percentage and performance by module. Certificates are auto-generated and emailed upon completion. JazzCash and EasyPaisa integration enabled local enrollment payments.
